Welcome to MahbyNoor. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and services, including the purchase of our ready-to-wear stitched garments. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Products & Orders

• All items offered are ready-to-wear stitched garments, made to order or made available for immediate shipping, depending on stock.

• Product images on the website are for reference only. Slight variations in color, embroidery, or finishing may occur due to screen resolution and fabric characteristics.

• Once an order is placed, it is final and cannot be modified or cancelled unless otherwise stated.

Pricing & Payments

• All prices listed on our website are in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) by default. International customers may view prices in their respective currencies, but all payments will be processed in PKR.

• We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cash on delivery (within Pakistan).

• Full payment is required before dispatch for international orders.

Shipping & Delivery

A) Domestic (Within Pakistan):

• Delivery usually takes 2-3 weeks, depending on the destination and availability, as all orders are custom-made.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for local orders.

• Instant Bank Transfer (IBT) is available for local orders, who wants to make payment online.

B) International:

• International shipping is available to most countries.

• Delivery time may vary between 7–21 business days based on destination and customs clearance.

• Custom duties, taxes, and charges (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Exchanges

• As all outfits are made to order, MahbyNoor does not offer refunds or exchanges for customer preferences (such as size, color, or style).

• Exchange or store credit is only offered in the case of:

  • Defective or incorrect items, reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• For detailed policy, refer to our Return & Exchange Policy (link to be inserted).

International Orders

• We do not offer exchanges or refunds for international customers.

• For international orders delivered within Pakistan, the recipient must inspect and report any issues within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

• No claims will be entertained beyond this period, including for chargebacks or compensation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the MahbyNoor website—including logos, images, product descriptions, designs, and branding—is the intellectual property of MahbyNoor and may not be copied, used, or reproduced without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

• MahbyNoor shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or delays resulting from the use of our website, services, or products.

• We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs clearance, courier issues, or natural disasters.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will never sell your data to third parties.
