At MahbyNoor, every outfit is made to order with care and attention to detail. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges or refunds based on customer preferences such as size, color, or style.
Exchange or Store Credit β Conditions
An exchange or store credit will only be issued in the rare case of:
Defective or incorrect items were delivered.
To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:
The product is unused, unworn, and undamaged.
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence.
Important Terms
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
No exchange or refund is offered for international customers.
For international orders delivered outside Pakistan, the recipient must inspect the parcel and report any issues within 48 hours of delivery.
Beyond this time frame, MahbyNoor will not entertain any claims for exchange, refund, chargebacks, or compensation.
Returning Goods
You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of receipt of return delivery.
